By engaging ProPool for pool maintenance or construction services, or by accessing our client portal at mypropool.com/signin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ProPool provides pool maintenance, repair, and construction services in South Florida. The specific services, schedule, and pricing are agreed upon in your individual service agreement. Services include but are not limited to:
ProPool provides a client portal where you can view your service history, upcoming visits, and invoices. Access to the portal is provided via a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
Program name: ProPool Service Notifications
Program description: ProPool sends transactional SMS messages to active pool maintenance clients, including invoice notifications, scheduled service visit reminders, service completion confirmations, and account-related notices. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
How to opt in: When you sign up for ProPool service through our online quote form at mypropool.com/contact or by signing a service agreement, you will be asked to separately and affirmatively check an SMS consent box. The box is not pre-checked. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving pool service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule, typically 1–2 messages per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
How to get help or opt out: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also contact us at admin@mypropool.com or 305-767-6945 for support. Opting out of SMS will not affect your pool service, but you will need to log into your client portal at mypropool.com/signin to view invoices.
Privacy: Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Invoices are generated on the first business day of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. ProPool accepts cash and check. Late payments may result in service interruption. By remaining a ProPool client, you agree to pay all invoices in a timely manner.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. ProPool reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
ProPool's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our control, including weather, pre-existing equipment conditions, or third-party failures.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
